I'm Mr. Grant. I teach US History, Hidden History, and Beyond the Scoreboard. My room is relaxed on purpose. We joke around, chase strange questions, argue over what really happened, and somehow cover a ridiculous amount of history along the way.

The goal is not to make school feel more like school. It is to make the story interesting enough that you want to know what happens next. If you leave class laughing and accidentally remember why Reconstruction failed or how television changed sports, that works for me.
